The Experience

There’s a warm welcome from the moment you step through the door of a Colley’s restaurant and the relaxed ambience puts you in the mood to take the time to enjoy your meal. At Colleys we encourage our customers to spend the entire evening savouring our excellent food and enjoying the unhurried atmosphere.   

Unlike most restaurants, Colleys has no written menu - its philosophy is based on quality and all our efforts go into creating a finely tailored choice of imaginative and delicious dishes.

The options for each course are presented to you at your table - often by the head chef - giving you the chance to create your perfect dining experience. There is only one sitting each evening, which means your meal can be enjoyed in a leisurely fashion.

The supper begins with a choice of three freshly prepared starters, followed by home made soup, then by a feast of gastronomic delights catering for every taste - all cooked to perfection using the finest ingredients and local produce wherever possible. Our piece de resistance is the famous parade of home made desserts, presented at the end of the evening.
